The client was selling gadget and accessories products with a price range of 1,500–1,800 BDT. In terms of profitability, the margin per sale was almost one and a half times, though the exact figures cannot be shared.

I took full ownership of the setup, treating the business as if it were my own. From scratch, I structured everything properly. This included ad account setup, Facebook Pixel integration, Conversion API implementation, target audience selection and segmentation, content strategy, winning ad copy, and funnel strategy. Every element was planned and executed with a clear long-term vision.

The campaign started with a small budget. From day one, the core focus was data-driven decision making. Budget was increased or reduced based on stock availability. Audiences were adjusted based on performance signals. Content was continuously optimized to improve efficiency and scalability.

Then the results started coming in.
